Troubleshooting

Please go through the following steps if the device does not work properly:
Problem
The device is not working.
The food is not rotated by the
blade insert.
The vegetables keep on slipping.
The ingredients are not cut into
spirals.

Solution
• Check if the device is connected
to the power supply.
• Check if the plug is in the socket.
• Make sure that you are pressing
the button correctly.
• Check if the lid is closed properly.
• Make sure that no vegetables are
stuck to the blade.
• Check if the ingredients are
suitable for processing in an
electric spiral cutter.
• Rearrange them well in the
centre of the tamper.
• Make sure that the vegetables
are the correct size and that the
device is set to the correct mode.
