4.8 Changing the slide blocks
1)
Push out the slide blocks on the left and right with a screwdriver.

With the device switched on, turn the knurled nut to the stop in

Disconnect the Discman from the power supply.
3)
Remove the angle adjuster and screw.
4)
Remove the protective cap from the drill hole.
Insert the positioning bolt into the drill hole.
5)
Insert the Allen key through the hole in the angle adjuster into the
clamping screw.
6)
Turn the grinding disc until the positioning bolt latches into place.
7)
Release the grinding disc clamping screws and remove.
8)
Remove the grinding disc and support card and clean the guide
sleeve with a brush.
Do not use compressed air!
9)
Push on a new grinding disc with support carton and hand-tighten

the clamping screw. Check the grinding disc for correct seating.
10) Remove the positioning bolt.
Then replace the protective cap.
