TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
The IC motor does not start or runs
unevenly.
The electric motor doesn't start
when I switch it on.
The electric motor stops when
working.
The pump does not draw the fluid
from the tank.
The pump does not achieve the re-
quired pressure.
Liquid pulsing out of the lance.
Pressure gauge indicator evidently
unstable.
POSSIBLE CAUSE
The power plug is not properly in-
serted into the socket.
A protection device has tripped
(fuse, circuit breaker, etc.).
Intake circuit not airtight, air in the
line.
Filter soiled or partially blocked.
Regulating valve selector set to
Pressure.
One or more pump intake/delivery
valves are worn or damaged.
Filter soiled or intake circuit partly
blocked.
Regulating valve selector set to by-
pass.
Pressure
regulating
screwed in far enough.
One or more pump intake/delivery
valves are worn or damaged.
Seat or plug of regulation valve
worn or damaged.
Lance nozzle worn or too large di-
ameter.
Pressure accumulator not inflated
properly.
Intake circuit not airtight, air in the
line.
One or more pump intake/delivery
valves are blocked.
Residual air inside pump.

SOLUTION
Refer to the motor's user and main-
tenance manual.
Insert the plug properly.
Reset the protection device. If the
protection device trips again, do
not use the trolley; contact a spe-
cialised technician.
Check that the intake circuit is in
good condition and tight.
Check that the intake filter cartridge
(2) is clean.
Set the selector (46) on the regulat-
ing valve (45) to bypass.
Check that the intake/delivery
valves (32) are clean and not worn.
Check that the intake filter cartridge
(2) is clean and check the intake cir-
cuit (3).
Set the selector (46) on the regulat-
knob
not
ing valve (45) to pressure.
Turn the pressure regulating knob
(47) clockwise until you reach the
right pressure.
Check that the intake/delivery
valves (32) are clean and not worn.
Check that the regulating valve (45)
seat and plug are clean and not
worn.
Replace the nozzle (23) of the lance
(7) (see the table in par. Spraying).
Inflate the pump pressure accumu-
lator properly.
Check that the intake circuit (3) is
in good condition and tight. Check
that the intake/delivery valves (32)
are clean. Run the pump in bypass
mode until all air has been purged.
