Step 3.
To oil the slide section:
a. Use a soft cloth to clean the inner slide.
b. Apply a small amount of slide oil to outer surface
of the inner slide.
c. Put the inner slide back into the outer slide and
work the assembly back and forth several times
to evenly distribute the lubricant.
Step 4.
For instruments equipped with piston valves:
a.Carefully unscrew the valve cap and remove the
piston.
