3.3 Choice of Breast Shell and Optiflow Massage insert
If your nipple rubs uncomfortably on the inner side of the funnel, use a larger breast shell / larger breast
shell insert. If the areola is also sucked into the funnel, use a smaller breast shell. The Optiflow Massage
insert can only be used with the 31 mm breast shell.

4. Storage of breast milk
At room temperature: 6 hours at max. 77 °F (25 °C)
In the refrigerator: 5 days at max. 39 °F (4 °C)
In the freezer compart ment of the refrigerator (3 °F / –16 °C) 3–6 months
In the deep-freezer (< 0 °F / < –18 °C): 6–12 months
5. Cleaning
Before first use disassemble and boil all components for 10 minutes. Air dry before assembling and using.
After every use wash with soapy water and rinse well. Once a day disassemble and boil the components
for 10 minutes or put the components in the dishwasher, then dry and cover with a clean cloth. Do not
clean the lip valve with a brush. The lever, casing cover and bottle stand can, but need not, be boiled.
After cleaning check for any damage.
CAUTION: Let components cool after boiling before touching them.
