Installation
Abb. 10: Fitting sensor, series ST6
Fitting of sensors is done in a similar way in all cases:
1. Place the sensor (1) in the desired position in any of the sensor
grooves and then turn the sensor cable carefully so that the
screw head is upwards/outwards.
2. With the sensor in the correct position, carefully tighten the
screw in the sensor so that it locks into the groove (torque
0.15 Nm).
3. If required, fit another sensor in another groove, or in the same
groove in the other end of the cylinder.
4. Pass the cables carefully out sidewards and make sure they
are not in the way of anything. If necessary, fix with cable ties
or similar.

Attaching a load
There are many ways of attaching a load to the front plate of the
GPC, or directly to the cylinder body of the GPC-ST. This section
therefore only gives general information and states which screw
sizes that can be used to attach a load in the most common way to
the different types of cylinder.
Make sure that the load is properly attached for the specific
application, and that the attachment can handle the load for
which the cylinder is dimensioned.
