The unit may be damaged by solvents and aggressive cleaning agents.
If aggressive chemicals are used, the GPC cylinder may be damaged or its life may be
shortened.
Never use solvents or strong detergents.
Water must not be allowed to enter the cylinder body!
If water gets in it will damage the cylinder by destroying the lubricant and the seals.
Never hose down the cylinder with water.
Always keep the cylinder pressurised if water or water mist are present.
Make sure that water and water mist cannot enter via the compressed air connections.

require any particular service or maintenance.

Clean the unit with a slightly moistened cloth when necessary.
Use only a little water or mild detergent.
9.2
Maintenance
The GPC cylinder is normally maintenance-free.
However, observe the maintenance intervals that apply to the
system in which the GPC cylinder is installed, and see the
points below.
9.2.1 Check the compressed air connection
Regularly check the compressed air connections and com-
pressed air lines for leaks. Replace damaged or crushed lines.
