Have a lukewarm shower and enter the sauna with your skin wet and clean.

Sit down or lie down (on a towel) on the bottom bench for 10 to 15 minutes at the
most.

Come out and have a cold shower, starting with your arms and legs.

Relax by sitting down or strolling outside the sauna. If you are thirsty have a drink,
but never alcohol.

Lie down on the top bench and relax for 10 minutes. The humidity will be greater
than during the first session and you can use birch branches if you wish.

Have another cold shower and go back in for another 5 minutes. It feels better with
the right humidity and temperature.

Maximum relaxation period from 10 to 15 minutes.

Finish by having a cold shower to cleanse sweat, impurities and dead cells from
your skin. You can go back into the sauna for a moment and at a low temperature.
Afterwards, have another shower or have a swim in the pool.
Wrap yourself up well and recover at leisure. Do not carry out brusque exercises. Hydrate
yourself by taking small sips of water or an isotonic drink.
