MANUAL CLAMP REPLACEMENT (PICTURE 2)
After selecting the set of clamps desired, on the basis of the hose diameter, proceed as
follows:
1. Make the piston move back till the end of the stroke; then stop the machine,
disconnecting power with the
2. Insert the suitable wrench (pos.1 picture 2) hooking the front nut (pos.2 picture 2)
placed on the clampholder(pos.3 picture 2), draw frontally so as to unhook and release

the clamp from its housing (pos.4 picture 2). Repeat the operation for the remaining

clamps.

placed on the clampholder (pos3 picture 2), draw frontally, insert the new clamp and

release the wrench. Repeat the operation with the remaining clamps.

RAPID CLAMP REPLACEMENT (PICTURE 3-4-5-6)
After selecting the set of clamps desired, on the basis of the hose diameter, proceed as
follows:
1. Adjust the end of the stroke to zero (pos.1 picture 3)
2. Make the piston move forward so as to arrive with the clamps packed close.
3. Use the special pliers provided with two big pins which serve as guide and
centering. These should be inserted respectively in the holes which are
positioned on the front flange grazing the ledge (pos.1 picture 4).
Automatically the clamps will hook on the relative pins through the magnets.
4. Make the piston move back till the end of the stroke; automatically the clamps will
remain constrained to the pliers.
5. Draw the pliers out of the holes of the front flange.
6. Insert the clamps in the shell, considering that the pins should slide in the guide
obtained on the same shell (pos.1 picture 5), then rotate lightly clockwise (pos.2
picture 5).
7. Draw the pliers out lightly levering downward,; automatically the clamps will remain on
the shell.
8. Chose the new set of clamps and then insert the pliers taking care that the 8 pins tally
in the front holes of the clamps (picture 6).
9. When the clamps are hooked through the magnets, rotate lightly counterclockwise and
draw the whole out of the shell.
10. Center the two big pins of the pliers with the holes of the front flange
grazing the ledge (pos.1 picture 4); we are now positioned for the rapid change.
11. Still with the end of the stroke at zero (pos.1 picture 3) make the piston move forward
so as to have the clamps packed close; automatically the clamps will hook.
12. Draw the pliers out of the holes of the front flange, the replacement of the clamps is
now completed.
