9.4 Malfunction, spindle nut failure

In the event of a defective spindle nut, a special safety nut takes over the holding
function of the load lifting device. Lifting/lowering is no longer possible. Take the
case lifter out of operation and notify the service team.

10 Maintenance

Moving parts!
Danger of crushing body parts between the machine, periphery, or fl oor.

Switch off the unit fi rst before performing any maintenance work.

Make sure the unit is secured against being switched on again during this period
(pull out the mains plug and secure against reinsertion).

Maintenance work may only be carried out by specialists.

10.1 Service

Allow only specialists to carry out the service.

100,000 stroke cycles correspond to 5 years of 3 shift operation at full load or
10 years of 2 shift operation at medium load.
