7. Error messages/troubleshooting

In case of faults, the EE_ message appears in the display.
Error messages may appear if:
• systolic or diastolic pressure could not be measured
(

• the cuff is fastened too tightly or loosely (
on the display)
• the pump pressure is higher than 300 mmHg (

• if the pressure during pumping up remains below
15 mmHg for longer than 3 minutes (

• there is a system or device error (

• the data could not be sent via Bluetooth
In such cases, repeat the measurement. Ensure that you
do not move or speak. If necessary, reinsert or replace
the batteries.
