5 NOTE
5.1 TECHNICAL DATA
• For the European market, the compressor tanks are manufactured
to meet Directive CE2 009/105
• For the European market, the compressors are manufactured to
meet Directive CE 2006/42.
• Maximum operating pressure (see P max 1 - tab.B, page 5)
• Minimum operating pressure (see P max 2 - tab.B, page 5)
• Note: the sound pressure level measured in a free range at a di-
stance of 1 mt. ±3dB(A) at the maximum working pressure (see tab.C
- page 5).
• The value of the sound level may increase from 1 to 10 dB(A) de-
pending on the environment in which the compressor is installed.
5.2 STORING THE PACKED AND UNPACKED COMPRESSOR
For the whole time that the compressor is not used before un-
packing it, store it in a dry place at a temperature between +5°C and
+ 45°C and sheltered away from weather.
For the whole time that the compressor is not used after unpacking
it, while waiting to start it up or due to production stoppages, place
sheets over it to protect it from dust e dirty.
The oil is to be replaced and the operational efficiency of the com-
pressor is to be checked if it is not used for long periods.
5.3 PNEUMATIC CONNECTIONS
Make sure that pneumatic tubes for compressed air with maximum
pressure characteristics that are adequate for the compressor are
used. Do not attempt to repair faulty tubes.
If a pressure reducer it's not already present on board, user must
be responsible for setting appropiate instrument in order to reduce/
set the outcoming pressure.
