While it is heating up, always place the iron on

If you place the iron down on its sole q and
do not move it, the automatic switch-off will
be activated after 30 seconds (see chapter
"Automatic switch-off") and the appliance stops
heating .

flashing . As soon as set temperature has been
reached, the control lamp 0 for the set material
type lights up permanently and you hear a beep .
