The devices and knobs for the operation and regulation of the oven
are on the front of the appliance.
description of the controls
• Knob A - When turned in an anti-clockwise direction, the gas
burner of the oven can be lit and the temperature can be regu-
lated to the level desired. When turned in a clockwise direction,
the spit motor can be switched on and, depending on the oven
model, the grill resistance or the grill burner.´
When the oven is working, the light will stay on all the time.
• Light B - There is a warning light on the control panel that shows
when the oven is electrically in function.
• Knob C (if present) -To use the timer, the ringer has to be wound
up by turning the knob completely in a clockwise direction; then
turn it backwards to the time desired (Max. 60 min). When the
time set has passed, the buzzer enters into function. The oven
does not switch off when the buzzers go off.
The appliance has a small motor to cool the internal components.
This device switches on automatically with any type of use of the
oven. If there is a power cut, the oven must be switched off. In the
case of a defect, please contact an authorized Service Centre for a
replacement.
The oven door must always be kept closed whatever the cooking
method.
