NOTES:
-Neither the siphon or any of its accessories are dishwasher
safe.
-Avoid grains, seeds, fruits, etc.. that can block the siphon foam
outlet.
-For sweet mixtures, please use dissolved powdered sugar or
liquid sugar. For savory dishes, we recommend dissolve the spicy
ingredients in the water or milk. To do this, use only powdered
spices.
-Do not use abrasive detergents or products that may damage
the siphon.
RECIPES BOOK
VANILLA CHANTILLY CREAM
Ingredients:
25 cl heavy cream
25 g granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
PREPARATION:
Heat up the cream, sugar and vanilla extract and leave it to simmer, until sugar
dissolves and everything is properly mixed.
Pour the mix into the siphon container, place a gas capsule, stir and let chill until
is ready to serve it.
FOAM WHIPPER CHOCOLATE MOUSSE (ingredients for 4 people)
Ingredients:
100 g black chocolate
20 cl liquid cream
5 cl milk
PREPARATION:
Grate black chocolate.
Mix half of the milk and cream. Heat the mix in a casserole until it boils. Pour the
chocolate chips into the mix.
Let the chocolate melt and remove until it is completely dissolved.
Add the remaining cream and cold milk, and stir.
Strain the mixture through a sieve to remove any lumps.
Pour the mix into the siphon container, place a gas capsule, stir and let chill until
is ready to serve it.
