To reduce the risk of injury.
WARNING
Only use 10" or 8"smooth edge
blade free of openings and grooves. Do not use
blade rated less than 4200/min (RpM).
1. Loosen the blade guard lock knob (Fig. 11).
2. To loosen the blade, press the spindle lock with
one hand (Fig. 12), and, with the other hand, use
the nut wrench (supplied) to turn the shaft nut
counterclockwise (Fig. 13 ).
3. Remove the outer nut and the outer flange. Re-
move the old blade. Leave the inner flange on the
blade shaft (Fig. 13 & 14).

4. Place new blade on blade shaft (Fig. 14).
Ensure the blade direction arrow points in the
same direction as the arrow marked on the blade
guard.
5. Reinstall the outer flange and nut. Press the spin-
dle lock with one hand and tighten the nut clock-
wise with the supplied wrench. Close and tighten
the blade guard lock knob (Fig. 15 & 16).
