Ensure that you have read all the information about
the device, the test strips and all of this chapter
through carefully before you start the test.
1. Make sure you have all materials required for the
blood sugar test (Fig. 9) ready:
A your ibp measuring device
B the test strips
C the pricking aid
D the sterile lancets
2. Wash your hands thoroughly with warm water
and dry them well.
