Making screw joints
The various work pieces for constructing a cupboard are shown in (Fig. 9).
- Before drilling, always check that the inner part of the drilling system is perfectly up against the work
piece.
- Always match the drilling system with the work piece starting from the front edge; when drill-
ing into the edge, the clamps must be pointing towards the opposite side, never in any other
direction! This will create a 0.8mm facet.
- Check drilling depth before drilling.
- If the drilled hole is not clean, sharpen the drill bit.
