Daily maintenance
The outside of the machine must be cleaned every day with
mild detergent and a cloth.
At the end of daily activity, with the machine shutdown, raise
the upper protection to access the rollers and clean the pre-
roller. To do this, separate the upper roller as much as possible
and clean with a soft brush.
ALL OPERATIONS MUST BE CARRIED OUT WITH THE
MACHINE SHUTDOWN.
Remove any fl our and remains of dough from the conveyor
belt, the felt fronts in the upper and lower section (use a soft
brush), the supports and the electrical fl our dispenser deposit
(when fi tted).
Check conveyor belt adjustment. If necessary, gently tighten to
ensure there are no bags or wrinkles on the table.

Half-yearly maintenance
IMPORTANT : All work involving repairs must be carried out
by the Offi cial Technical Service of SALVA IN-
DUSTRIAL, S.A. or by personnel authorised
by it.
Clean the motor and adjacent areas.
Clean the area corresponding to the electrical installation.
Failure to clean may cause a premature failure in the electrical
motor.
The powder and the fl our may cause operation problems in the
electrical components of the control board.
Lubricate the transmission chains with bicycle chain oil.
Use a wrench to secure the belt tensioners in order to prevent
any slippage at the sides of the conveyor belts. These must be
parallel to the guides.
Check the tautness of the belts driven from the motor to the
toothed wheels.
