WARNING: The emergency procedure may only be performed by suitably trained and
authorised personnel.
8.6.2.1 Emergency manual lowering LIFT
WITH MECHANICAL SAFETY DEVICES (no power supply)
If there is no power supply or the control unit is faulty, lower the lift manually to its initial
position as follows:
disconnect electrical power and make sure the main switch is in
turn the air screw of solenoid valve YV6 clockwise, or turn the screw to position (1) to
lift mechanical safety devices
activate the two solenoid valves YV4 and YV5 using a sharp tool
operate the manual pump PM to raise the lift sufficiently to disengage the mechanical
safety device;
unscrew the knob of solenoid valve YV3
turn the brass pawl of solenoid valve YV3 anticlockwise;
OPERATE alternatively the buttons of the two hydraulic solenoid valves YV4 and YV5
with a sharp tool, so that the misalignment between the two platforms is never excessive;
once the lift is in the lowest position, restore the original operating conditions (turn the
brass pawl on solenoid valve YV3 completely clockwise and re-tighten its cap, then turn
the air screw on solenoid valve YV6 anticlockwise).
Warning
Never interrupt a manual emergency manoeuvre as the lift could
slowly misalign. If necessary, stop or cancel the manual
emergency manoeuvre.
