TROUBLESHOOTING
PROBLEM
1. While pressing the handset button the
green led is not lit.
2. In the case of poor nebulisation
3. If the unit does not nebulise
4. If the appliance interrupts nebulisation and
the green LED flashes, this means there is
no more medication
5. Failure to clean the nebulizer from drug de-
posits may endanger proper operation of
the unit.
Should the unit again fail to operate after following the above instructions, please contact
your local dealer or authorised after-sales centre.

this, we are able to state that the use of the Flaem device and original accessories purchased by
you does not involve any risk whatsoever for the user's health.
The specific tests conducted at accredited laboratories (as per UNI EN ISO 10993-17 rule on
Biological Assessment Part 17 Definition of allowable limits for leachable substances) actually
demonstrate that the BPA used is released in amounts much lower than the maximum allowed
for the safety threshold.
- Make sure that the handset and the power
supply unit are properly plugged in.
- Make sure that the drug is not too cold –
drug temperature should be close to room
temperature.
- Make sure that the upper part is correctly
fitted in.
- Check that the nebulizer contains medica-
tion.
- Make sure that quantity of medication is
between 4 and 6 ml max.
- Check that the medication is diluted suffi-
ciently with saline solution 0.9%.
- Make sure the adjustment knob and the
disc underneath are perfectly clean.
- Make sure the medication is not glycol
based.
- Put some more medication into the tray or
proceed to clean and disinfect.
- Carefully follow the instructions for clean-
ing and disinfection.
