4.4. Automatic reset

If the electronic circuit detects a fault, the pump stops and the ALARM and RUN LEDs act according to the
table. The circuit will make 4 attempts; if pressure cannot be restored due to insufficient water the circuit will
remain in FAULT mode indefinitely, until manually reactivated. The circuit can be reset manually by pressing
the (+) and (-) buttons simultaneously.
While the pump is stopped in FAULT mode, waiting for re-attempts, the ALARM LED will blink. After 4
unsuccessful attempts, the ALARM LED will remain lit without blinking.
The following figure shows the times that pass between the different attempts, if none of them is successful.

5. LEVEL SWITCH

An external level switch can be installed in the suction tank. The switch must be of the float type (ln15).

Never open the lid unless the power supply has been disconnected for at least 5 min.
Normal status. The pump is waiting for a flow request.
Tank level low. When the water level recovers, the pump will start automatically.
Dry running error. The pump stopped due to insufficient water and the machine is
performing the cycle of automatic reset attempts (4).
Dry running alarm. The machine stopped due to insufficient water and needs to
be reset manually.
Insufficient pressure alarm. If the machine detects water circulation with a
pressure of less than 0.3 bars, the pump stops (possible pipe breakage). It needs
to be reset manually.
Pressure transducer alarm. If communication is restored, the machine starts up
automatically.
Current error. The pump stopped due to a current surge and the machine is
performing the cycle of automatic reset attempts (4).
Current alarm. The machine stopped due to a current surge and needs to be reset
manually.
Short-circuit error. The pump stopped due to a current surge and the machine is
performing the cycle of automatic reset attempts (4).
Short-circuit alarm. The machine stopped due to a surge and needs to be reset
manually.
Voltage error. When the input voltage recovers to within the established limits, the
pump will start automatically.
Internal alarm. Electronic communication fault. Unplug the pump from the mains
and then plug it back in pressing (+) and (-) simultaneously. Depending on the
fault, the machine will restart or remain in fault mode.
