Our special spring extender, delivered with this product, is required to setup the trampo-
line. When you are not using the trampoline, it can be easily dismantled and stored away.
Please read the instruction manual through once before assembling this product.
PRIOR TO ASSEMBLY
Please use the pages 2-6 as a reference for the descriptions of the parts and numbers.
Reference will be made to these descriptions and numbers in order to facilitate the un-
derstanding of the assembly steps. Make sure that you have all the listed parts. Please
contact our customer service in case you are missing any parts. Please use hands gloves
to protect your hands from bruising during assembly.
STEP 1 - FRAMES OVERVIEW (Fig. 1)
There are a total of 15 steel pipe parts which are necessary to assemble the frame with
support legs. All items with the same part number are interchangeable and entail no
differences with regard to a left or right orientation. In order to connect the parts, you
only need to insert the narrow end of a tube piece in to the larger end of the next tube
piece. Before connecting, you should lightly lubricate all connections or spray them with
contact spray. This does not only extend the durability but also facilitates assembly and
later disassembly.
Place all the parts together in to a circle as shown.
STEP 2 - ASSEMBLING THE SUPPORT GROUP (Fig. 2)
Plug all the stand legs (6) together with the socket parts (5). Make sure that the security
sticker that sticks on one of the legs, later shows on the outside.
STEP 3 - ASSEMBLING THE FRAMES (Fig 3.1 & 3.2)
a) You need a helper, for this installation step. One person holds the support group from
step 2 in an upright (vertical) position and plugs the leg socket (3) of a frame tube on
to the stand leg of the support group. The other person firmly holds the other end of
the frame tube and plugs the part on to the other support group. You should now have
two support groups that are held together by an upper frame tube with leg sockets.
Make sure that the tubes 3 and 6 are firmly bound together and correctly aligned. If
necessary, you can achieve this with the aid of a rubber hammer.
b) Now add the other frame tubes (4) in the spaces between the stand legs (6), by plugging
them into each other.
STEP 4 – ASSEMBLING THE JUMPING MAT (Fig. 4.1 & 4.2)
You need a helper for this assembly step. CAUTION - When fixing the coil springs, pipe
connections can cause bruising, as the trampoline is stretched out.
a) Spread out the jumping mat (1) with the printed side face-up directed towards the fra-
me.
b) There are a different number of holes in the frame to accommodate the coil springs
according to the size of the trampoline. They are not numbered through; please follow
the instructions carefully in order to ensure the correct order.
c) Select any arbitrary point on the frame tube (call it NULL). First attach a coil spring (7)
in the same direction and at the same angle to the frame. Hook the coil spring into a
loop of the mat and turn the coil spring in the direction of the mat. Use the special
spring compressor (8) to hook in the spring hooked to the mat's eye into the frame.
Hook the coil spring in to the frame until it is completely latched, and then press it down
further, if the hook is not fully seated in the hole.
d) Count 12 holes for 250 cm trampoline, 15 holes for 305 cm trampoline, 18 holes for
366 cm trampoline or 22 holes for 426 cm trampoline, in one direction starting from
the null point you selected under the previous section c). Attach the second coil spring
to the frame and the mat at the 12nd, 15th, 18th or 22nd hole. Subsequently attach two
additional two coil springs using the same distance interval, so that there are now four
coil springs attached altogether, with one at each quarter circle interval. Now respec-
tively fix a further coil spring in the middle of each quarter. You can fix the rest of the
remaining coil springs in any order. If you notice that you have skipped a hole and a
loop, respectively loosen and attach the springs, so that the mapping of the holes on
the frame to the loops is correct again.
STEP 5 - ASSEMBLING THE FRAME PADDING (Fig. 5.1 - 5.3)
a) Place the frame padding (2) with the warning signs face-up towards the trampoline, so
that the coil springs and the steel frame are covered. Make sure that the frame padding
covers all metal parts. Place the elastic drawstrings so that every other string is led
over a leg socket.
b) First fasten the drawstrings at the back of the leg sockets.
c) Tighten the elastic drawstrings that are not positioned over a leg socket, so that the
frame padding covers the frame. Knot the two ends together.
STEP 6 (Fig. 6)
Insert the tube end part (11) in to the upper tube (9), and then repeat this step for all the
remaining tubes. Now use the middle piece (18) to connect the upper tube (9) to the lower
tube (10), and then repeat this step for all the remaining tubes.
STEP 7 (Fig. 7)
Hold of the lower tube (10) and secure two screws (14), two washers (19), two nuts (13)
and two spacers (15) as shown. Place the spacer between the stand leg (6) of the tram-
poline and tube (10), so that the lower end cap of the tube is at the lower end. Tighten the
screws. Make sure that the foam cushion sits above the trampoline frame.
STEP 8 (Fig. 8)
Fasten the snap fasteners on the tube end parts (11) at the top of the safety net (12) as
shown. Make sure that the holder of the tube end part points to the outside.
STEP 9 (Fig. 9)
Fasten the base of the grid edging (12) into the mat's eye on the trampoline with the rope
(17). Now securely tie both ends of the cord together.
STEP 10 (Fig. 10)
Pull the zipper of the safety net (12), which must lie between two leg sockets of the
trampoline, at the inlet closed and then release the two latches into place (the lower latch
is not shown).
IMPORTANT WARNING! All snap closures must be once again clamped securely so
that the safety net becomes taut. If the safety net is not taut, it cannot complete its
function as designed. Tighten all locking nuts last once all setup is complete.
MOViNG THe TRAMPOliNe
It is recommended to move the trampoline with a second person. All pipe joints must
be secured by wrapping them with weather-resistant duct tape. Ensure that the rubber
band does not react with the PVC protective paint! This will keep the framework of the
trampoline together and prevent the pipe joints from coming apart. Lift the trampoline off
the ground slightly and keep it horizontal with the floor. To move the trampoline in a dif-
ferent way, disassemble it completely. To disassemble, follow instructions for assembly
backwards.
