USE THE PRODUCT
SAFETY TETHER AND EMERGENCY STOP
The product is equipped with an "emergency stop system". This safety system must be connected to the console for
it to work. It is designed to be attached to your clothing so that if you leave or fall off the equipment it will automatically
stop, helping to prevent injury.
Before beginning a training session, make sure that the safety strap is properly placed over the safety key and that the
clip is securely fastened to your clothing.
NOTE: When you finish each workout and stop the machine, remove the security key.
START-UP
The equipment has three display screens that provide you with controls for the operation of the unit, as well as
information on training, duration, speed, distance traveled, and so on. To use the equipment:
1.
Plug the equipment into an electrical outlet.
2.
Set the power switch on the front of the unit to the "ON" ("I") position.
3.
Attach the safety strap to the intended location on the console.
4.
Operate the equipment as desired.
ATTENTION: Always stand on the side rails when starting up the equipment. Never stand on the
belt and then turn on the machine.
CONSOLE AND FUNCTIONS
The display shows information such as current speed, elapsed time or remaining time, remaining calories, heart rate,
etc. The range of values for each is:
•
TIME: 0:00-99:59 minutes/seconds.
•
DISTANCE: 0.00-99.9 kilometers.
•
SPEED: from 1 to 12 km/h.
•
CALORIES: 0-999 calories.
•
PULSE: 50 to 200 beats/minute (BPM).
NOTE: When displaying the pulse, you must have both hands on the metal sensors on each
handle.
