The console has:

FUNCTIONS

START: Press this button to start the machine.
•

The speed range is 1.0 to 12km/h. When in Manual mode and the equipment is not operating, press

4, 6 and 8 keys.

PULSE SENSORS: The pulse sensors are located on the left and right handlebars. To detect the pulse grasp the
sensors and keep them pressed for 5 seconds, the display will show the heart rate during exercise.

MANUAL MODE AND PROGRAM MODE
The equipment has two basic operating modes.
NOTE: The equipment does not need to be in operation to change or select modes.
MANUAL MODE
You are using the computer, but you are not running a preset program. In this mode, the computer can be set to
automatically stop at a preset duration of the session, distance, or calorie value used.
In this mode, once started, the computer runs until you stop it, or it can be set to a preset session duration, distance,
or target for the number of calories you want to burn.
