MAINTENANCE
BELT LUBRICATION
Treadmill lubrication helps maintain performance and prolongs equipment life.
Depending on the hours of use per week you will need to lubricate the treadmill more or less regularly.
To apply lubricant:
1.
Raise the edge of the treadmill so that the running surface is exposed.
2.
Place several drops of lubricant along the center of the running surface.
3.
Wait a few minutes before using the tape for the silicone oil to set.
Lubrication table:
NOTE: Do not over-lubricate. Clean excess lubricant from treadmill. Only use silicone oil.
BELT ALIGNMENT
To improve the use of the belt, it can be adjusted if a deviation of direction is noticed after continuous use due to
unconscious pressure exerted by the legs. To do this, tighten the bolts on the back of the base with the supplied Allen
key as shown in the following picture.
NOTE: The belt should not be too tight as this can cause noise and possible damage to the motor.
VOLTAGE ADJUSTMENT
If the drive belt loosens after use for a period of time, it must be tightened.
Use the supplied wrench to turn the adjusting screw clockwise until the drive belt is no
longer slippery.
NOTE: Frequently clean objects or dust that may fall on the belt.
