When not using the gas plancha griddle, close the valve on the gas cylinder. If you store the gas plancha griddle indoors,
disconnect the gas supply and store the gas cylinder outdoors in a well-ventilated area. If you do not remove the gas cylinder,
both the griddle and the gas cylinder should be stored outdoors in a well-ventilated area.
Gas cylinders should be stored outdoors in a well-ventilated area well out of children's reach.

A: Gas input through drum.
B: Gas output through injector.
REPLACEABLE PARTS
The basic parts which can be replaced are the Thermocouple through wear, and the safety valve. Replacement must be
performed by qualified personnel.
Lubricate the fittings if an abnormal effort is noticed in
their rotation.
1.
Uncover the affected tap, taking out the tap remo-
ving the tap-action lever.
2.
Clean the tube with a cloth and solvent.
3.
Lubricate with light grease, making sure that the
GAS FLOW IS NOT CLOGGED.
4.
Turn the tap fitting several times.
5.
Repeat the cleaning operation and insert the
grease again.
6.
Re-assemble the parts.
