(GB) 035743 Fitting instructions:
1.
Unpack the towing bracket and check its contents against the parts list. If necessary,
remove the underseal from around the fitting points of the luggage compartment /
frame members.
2.
Dismount the rear lights. Dismount the rear bumper
3.
Dismount the drawbar eye( 6 pc screws),it will be used no longer.
4.
Detach plate 6 and cut out in accordance with figure 1, then refit
5.
Lower the rear exhaust muffler. 4 pc rubber brackets
6.
Loosely fasten the accessory plate "2" to the tow hook at points "a" and "b" with the
attached bonding units according to the drawing.
7.
Loosely fix the crossbar to the frame member and the right-hand accessory plate at
points a, b, c and d with the attached bonding units in accordance with the drawing.
8.
Regolare il gancio di traino in posizione centrale poi stringere tutti i bulloni:
M10x1,25 (8.8)
M12x1,25 (8.8)
M 12 (10.9)
9.
Hook back the exhaust silencer. 4 pc rubber brackets
10. Mount the tow AK housing and the socketplate on the drag hook body.
11. Dismount the fog-light from the bumper. (2 screws)
12. Cut out the bumper according to figure 2.
13. Remount the fog-light.
14. Reassemble all the removed parts on the car, except for the towing ring.
15. Install the towing ball into the AK housing.
16. After about 1000 km use, re-tighten the bolts and nuts to the specified torque.

( I ) 035743 Istruzioni di montaggio:
1.
Aprire l'imballaggio della struttura di traino e controllare il contenutoa fronte
dell'elenco componenti. Se necessario, rimuovere il mastice di protezione intorno ai
punti di fissaggio.
2.
Smontare i fanali posteriori. Smontare il paraurti posteriore.
3.
Smontare l'occhiello di traino (6 bulloni),di questo in seguito non vi sarà più
bisogno.
4.
Smontare la piastra 6 e tagliarla in base alla figura 1, poi rimontarla.
5.
Abbassare la marmitta dai cavalletti .4 cavalletti di gomma.
6.
Fissare senza stringere la piastra accessoria "2" al blocco del gancio di traino ai
punti "a" e "b", con gli elementi di collegamento inclusi, secondo il disegno.
7.
Fissare senza stringere il blocco del gancio di traino ai punti a, b, c e d all'asse del
telaio e alla piastra accessoria destra, secondo gli elementi di collegamento inclusi in
base al disegno.
8.
Adjust the drag hook into middle position, then tighten all the screws:
M10x1,25 (8.8)

9.
Riattaccare la marmitta. 4 cavalletti di gomma
10. Montare il blocco AK e la piastra della presa sul blocco del gancio di traino.
11. Smontare i fari antinebbia dal paraurti. (2 bulloni).
12. Tagliare il paraurti secondo figura 2.
13. Rimontare i fari antinebbia.
14. Rimontare tutti i ricambi allontanati sull'automobile con eccezione dell'occhiello di
trazione.
15. Installare la sfera di traino nell'impianto AK.
16. Verificare il serraggio di tutti i bulloni dopo i primi 1000 Km. di traino.
17. La Bosal declina ogni responsabilità per errato o imperfetto montaggio del dispositivo di
traino, come pure per uso errato o improprio dello stesso.
18. L'installazione del gancio di traino deve essere effettuata esclusivamente da tecnici
specializzati.
