LADEWAGENS FÜR DEN BETRIEB
Hinsichtlich auf den Zweck und Art der Ernte,
montieren Sie in den Förderkanal die
erwünschte Messerzahl.
Werkseits werden 4 Messer eingebaut; es
können aber 9 Messer eingebaut werden.
Die Messer werden wie folgt eingesetzt:
Man muss den Schlepper abstellen und den
Schlüssel ausziehen. Der Schlepper und der
Ladewagen müssen auch gegen Wegrollen
gesichert sein.
Zuerst wird die Schraube (Bild 8), gelöst,
durch welche die Messerwelle gesichert wird.
Dann die Messerwelle bis zum Anschlag, Bild
8 und 9, drehen. Der Schlüssel für die
Montage und Demontage der Messer ist dem
Ladewagen
beigelegt
Bild 5).
Die Messer werden vom Laderaum heraus
(Bild 10) eingesetzt. Die Messersicherung
wird mit dem Schlüssel zurückgezogen, bzw.
aus der Position A in die Position B gestellt,
(Bild 11). Den Messer etwas nach vorne
neigen
und
ihn
aufsetzen. Dann die Messersicherung durch
den Schlüssel fallenlassen, bis sie in die
Messernarbe
gewünschte Anzahl der Messer eingesetzt
wird, wieder die Messerwelle nach hinten
drehen und sie mit Hilfe der Schraube
befestigen.
Wollen Sie kein Schnittfutter haben, dann
werden die Messer aus dem Förderkanal
entfernt. Dabei wird folgende Vorgangsweise
benutzt: beim Hydraulikanschluss wird der
Vorderteil des Ladewagens in die obere Lage
angehoben.

Ladewagen gehen und die Messersicherung
mit der Hand nach hinten drücken und sie
mit der Klinke, (Bild 12), befestigen. Der
Messer wird von selbst aus dem Förderkanal
harausgedrückt. Zum Wiedereinsetzen der
Messer in den Förderkanal genügt es nur, die
Messersicherung zu lösen.

How to insert the knives:
The tractor has to be switched off, the ignition
key pulled out and both the wagon and the
tractor have to be secured against moving.
The knife axle is secured by the screw fig.8
and you have to unwind it. Then turn the
knife axle to the support fig.8 and 9. The key
for inserting the knives is enclosed to the
wagon (see the tool box fig 5).
Go in the loading space of the wagon (fig.10).
Pull back the knife protector from pos. A into
the pos. B (fig. 11) by the key. Lean the knife
a bit forward and fasten it onto the knife axle.
Release the knife protector by the key so that
it gets into the notch on the knife. Once you
have inserted desired no. of knives, turn the
knife axle back and secure it by the screw.
If you want that the forage stay uncut,
remove the knives from the cutting canal.

Do this as follows:
If the wagon has hydraulic hitch, lift the front
part of the wagon into the upper position. Go
underneath the wagon and push the knife
protector back by hand, then fix in by the
locker. (fig.12). The knife will move away
from the cuting canal by itself. To put the
knives back into the cutting canal, simply
release the knife protector.
