2. Preparing
2.1 Special safety instructions
–
When performing check up,
maintenance repair and mount works
always switch off the P.T.O.shaft.
Switch off the engine and pull out the
ignition key. Secure tractor against
movements.
–
Maximum number of rotations is
540 rpm.
–
Nobody is allowed to stay between the
tractor and the machine when lifting or
lowering the swather with tractor
hydraulics.
–
Make sure nobody is in the danger area
of the swather before switching on the
P.T.O. shaft. High injury risk!
–
Pay attention to use protections
according to regulations when working
or driving on the road. Mount the light
equipment and check its functioning.
–
Never leave the driver seat during
working.
–
Maximum P.T.O. shaft rotation of the swather is 540
rpm.
–
Tractor must have three hydraulic connections, one
for single circuit and two for parallel circuit.
–
Electric connection for lights.
2.2 Attaching to the tractor
–
When attaching the swather make sure
nobody is between the tractor and the
swather.
