Replacement

Uncontrolled actuator movements when the pneumatics are
switched on
Danger of injury if the system is in an undefined state or the
manual overrides are set to position "1".
O
Put the system in a defined state before switching it on.
O
Set all manual overrides to position "0".
O
Make sure that no personnel are within the hazardous
zone when the pressure is switched on.
1. Switch on the operating voltage.
2. Check the LED displays on the module (see "Diagnosis with
the LEDs of the bus coupler", page 82).
3. Switch on the compressed air supply.
8 Replacement
A faulty bus coupler may have to be replaced with a new bus
coupler. You may also replace a multipole connector of a CL03/
CL03-XL valve system with a bus coupler.
The warranty from AVENTICS only applies to the delivered
configuration and extensions that have been taken into
account in the configuration. The warranty no longer
applies after a conversion that exceeds these extensions.
