Instructions for use
This device, intended exclusively for professional use, must only be used by trained personnel.
It is a deep fryer and it should only be used as such, that is to say by filling the tank with special oil for
frying the food that will be placed in the baskets.
The fryer MUST NOT be used for cooking with water, or for any other use other than that for which it was
designed.
The positioning of the fryer and the possible adaptation to a different type of gas must only be carried out
by authorized installers.
Before using the fryer, clean the bowl and baskets to remove industrial protective grease.
When cleaning is complete, make sure the basket support is in the correct position.
START-UP
Fill the oil pan to a level between the minimum and the maximum, clearly visible on the inside wall of the
tank.
Never exceed the maximum level; add oil if the level is below the minimum.
Never start the fryer without first filling the pan.
The nominal capacity of each tank is 10 l.
Ensure that the oil level always remains above the minimum indicated.
Do not reuse used oil: prolonged use of the same oil reduces its auto-ignition temperature and increases its
tendency to boil unexpectedly.
Introducing bulky or undrained food into the tank can trigger an improvised boil.
The maximum recommended product load (frozen potatoes) is:
-CFG10
for models with half baskets 300g + 300g
for models with wide basket 600g
-CFG102
for models with half baskets 300g + 300g / 300g + 300g
for models with wide basket 600g / 600g
The quantities are per tank and basket.
