OpeRATION 5 (see Fig. 5)
Assembly the appliances.
1. Start from one side of the structure and position
the first table top appliance with adjustable feet (A)
aligned with the slots on the joists.
2. From below, insert the M5x100 socket head screws (B)
and the relevant washers. Screw them into the proper
holes on the adjustable feet without tightening the
screws completely.
3. Remove the instrument panel of the top table
appliance (in the event that the "single instrument
panel" ACCESSORY was chosen, the appliances will not
have a instrument panel).
4. By means of a water level, adjust the adjustable feet (A)
to level the equipment board. Lock the feet with the
lock nut.
5. Position the closing panel of the line (C) on the
equipment side and fix the panel to the joist and board
with a few M5x12 Poeliers screws (d).
6. Adjust the equipment's position along the joists so
that the front profile of the equipment tallies the side
closing panel (C). Lock the fixing screws (B) under the
joists.
7. Secure the other screws (d) of the side panel.
8. Put aside another table top appliance and insert the
M5x100 (B) screws without tightening them to prevent
the appliance from sliding from the joists.
9. Remove the instrument panel.
10. Align the height of the appliance boards by means of
the feet as described in step 4 and align the boards
transversally with the slots on the joists.
11. when the boards are perfectly aligned, secure the
appliances to each other with the M6x12 screws,
washers and nut (E) both in the front and in the back.
12. Block the fixing screws (B) under the joists.
13. Repeat step 8-9-10-11-12 for the other appliances to
be mounted on the same side.
14. In the event of a back-to-back structure, follow steps
8-9-10-11-12 for all the appliances of the second side,
starting from the line closing panel (C).
15. After positioning and locking all the table top
appliances according to the final layout, assembly the
second line closing panel.
16. In the event of a single front structure, assemble the
back of the technical compartment by means of the
proper M5x20 Poeliers screws.
OpeRATION 6
connections
1. The cantilever installation is fitted with a raceway for
the connections to the columns and inside the cases.
use the proper drillings of the supporting truss to
access the large technical compartment.
2. To connect the water, gas and electricity, refer to the
instruction manual of each appliance.
3. Make sure there's a safety switch for each appliance
and a cutoff cock before each gas appliance.
4. Re-assembly all of the appliances' instrument panels.
5. In the event that you have chosen the "single
instrument panel" ACCESSORY, secure the various
electrical controls of the pilot lights etc. to the panel
before positioning it.
OpeRATION 7
Assembly of the water column stand (OpTIONAl).
1. Check the position of the water column according to
the arrangement and then position the supporting
stand.
2. Secure, but not completely, the stand to the supporting
truss with 4 M6x20 screws and relevant washers.
3. The stand's height adjustment must be performed after
positioning the cover of the technical compartment
(see step 2 of the OPERATION 9). keep the column
water pipes in an easy-to-reach position.
OpeRATION 8
Shelf assembly at the end of the line (OpTIONAl).
1. Position the shelf without the closing bottom and
insert the M8x20 socket head screws.
2. Fix the screws and pay attention to the correct
alignment of the boards.
3. Assemble the bottom of the shelf with M5x12 Poeliers
screws.
OpeRATION 9
The technical compartment's cover assembly.
1. Position the cover of the technical compartment
2. For the water column ACCESSORY, check that the cover
rests perfectly on the stand; if it doesn't, adjust the
cover by using the fixing screws of the truss. Make sure
that the flange of the columns is correctly assembled
and then connect the pipes. Fix the column with 4
M5x12 socket head screws and insert the supplied
chromium-plated caps.
3. Assemble the side caps with the M5x12 Poeliers
screws.
4. Assemble the joint covering caps with a no. 2 Allen
wrench.
OpeRATION 10 (see Fig. 6)
Assembly of the front cases and lower protection
panels.
1. The front cases (A) must be fixed to the joists with
the M5x20 screws and to the appliances with TCB
5x12 self-tapping screws. According to the appliance
arrangement, each front case should be assembled in
the correct position.
2. Assembly the lower protection panels (B) of 2 different
sizes according to the width of the appliances. use
M5x20 Poeliers screws.
