6.1 - Overcurrent on the inverter output (F071)
For fault at the beginning of the acceleration ramp:
1 - Increase the time of the acceleration ramp (P0100 or P0102).
2 - Increase the proportional gain of the speed controller (P0161) in steps of 1.0 up to a maximum of 20.0.
3 - Increase the proportional gain of the current regulator (P0438) in steps of 0.10 up to a maximum of 1.50.
4 - Undo steps 2 and 3 and decrease the value of the proportional gain of speed (P0161) in steps of 1.0 up
to a minimum of 4.
For fault at the end of the acceleration ramp or permanent duty:
1 - Decrease the value of the proportional gain of id (P0440) in steps of 1.0 up to a minimum of 0.2.
2 - Decrease the value of the proportional gain of speed (P0161) in steps of 1.0 up to a minimum of 4.
3 - Decrease by 5% the standard value for maximum output voltage (P0190).
4 - Decrease by 5% the speed reference (P0121).
5 - Decrease the load.
6.2 - Overvoltage on the DC busbar (F022)
The factory default value of P0185 is set at the maximum level, which disables the control of the DC busbar
voltage. In order to activate it back, set P0185 according to the table below:

6.3 - Overspeed on the motor (F150)
1 - Set the speed controller gains as described in Section 11 - Vector Control of the Programming Manual
supplied with the inverter in CD.
2 - Increase the proportional gain value of iq (P0438) in steps of 0.10 up to a maximum of 1.50.
6.4 - Speed oscillation (P0002)
1 - Follow the setting procedure to optimize the speed controller described in Section 11 - Vector Control of
the Programming Manual supplied with the inverter in CD.
6.5 - Oscillation of parameters P0002, P0003 or P0004
1 - Decrease the value of the proportional gain of id (P0440) in steps of 0.05 up to a minimum of 0.2.
2 - Decrease the value of the proportional gain of iq (P0438) in steps of 0.05 up to a minimum of 0.5.
3 - Decrease the value of the proportional gain of speed (P0161) in steps of 1.0 up to a minimum of 4.
4 - Check the fastening and alignment of the motor.
6.6 - Motor will not accelerate (PM with encoder)
1 - Check that the identification of the motor cables matches the power terminals U/T1, V/T2 and W/T3 of
the inverter. Otherwise, make the connections again.
6.7 - Motor shaft turns in the opposite direction of that indicated on the
HMI (sensorless PM)
1 - Check that the identification of the motor cables matches the power terminals U/T1, V/T2 and W/T3 of
the inverter. Otherwise, make the connections again.
6.8 - Motor actual speed (P0002) is limited below the maximum speed
(P0134)
Parameter P0134 is limited automatically by: P0134 = (Udmax) x (636/P0435.)
