Quick Guide
IMPORTANT: it is not necessary to change the content of P0403,
because it is automatically set at end of the oriented start-up according
to:
12
P0403 = (P0402 x P0431)
- Change the content of P0404 according to the motor rated power (hp).
13
- Press "Save".
IMPORTANT: parameter P0405 will be visible only if the cards ENC1,
ENC2 or PLC11 are connected to the inverter.
14
- Set P0405 according to the number of pulses per revolution (PPR) of
the encoder.
IMPORTANT: if the motor stator resistance is not available, the value of
15
P0409 must be kept at zero.
IMPORTANT: W22 Magnet motor line has a single configuration of
six poles, regardless the speed; therefore, the value of P0431 must be
16
kept at 6.
- Change the content of P0433 according to the motor inductance Lq
17
(mH).
- Press "Save".
IMPORTANT: the value of P0434 is always smaller than P0433.
- Change the content of P0434 according to the motor Ld inductance
18
(mH).
- Press "Save".
- Change the content of P0435 according to the motor constant Ke.
19
- Press "Save".
5 - Operation inspection
1 - Set the speed reference (P0121) according to the operating speed and then start the motor with no load
via local command.
2 - With the motor running, set the load slowly and check if the reading parameters P0002, P0003 and
P0004 remain stable.
6 - Solution of faults

Before changing the content of any parameters, make a backup on the HMI or Memory Card. For further
Note!
information refer to Section 7 - Start-up and Settings of the Programming Manual.
In case any faults or abnormal behaviors occur during the operation inspection, try to solve them by using
the procedures described below. Follow the procedures separately in the order they are presented.
