7.4.3 Securing and installation options

The specific tightening torques for the screws must be observed during all assembly work. Note
the strength of the screws and separate information for accessories supplied. Only by observing
the conditions can safety and service life be guaranteed for the electric cylinder.
The profile grooves on the guide profile are closed with a cover profile. To fit attachment parts,
remove the cover profile in the profile grooves (Fig. 4 to Fig. 6).
Slot stones allow attachment parts to be fitted tot he cylinder. The slot stone type -R- is swivelled
into the groove from above; The slot stone type -N- is subsequently pushed into the lateral groove
(Fig. 4).
Magnets are already fitted as standard inside the electric cylinder to operate magnetic switches.
In addition to fastening the clevis and swivel heads to the push rod (Fig. 1 and Fig. 2), a trunnion
support block with a bearing block to fit the cylinder is available (Fig. 5 and Fig. 6).
