IV. Assembly advices before initiation
1. The jaws of the clamp may be opened and closed by turning the threaded bar
accordingly.
2. Make sure the beam clamp has the correct size, capacity and beam span for the beam,
girder or structure to be used.
3. When attaching to beam or structure, ensure that the jaws are seated correctly and
adequately tightened.
V. Operation
When you follow strictly this manual, you can use the beam clamp for attaching lifting
material with the same load bearing capacity.
BR Trolley Clamp:
1. Open the head spindle till the wheels fits over the beam.
2. Close the spindle till the wheels are laid full on the beam. Please leave 1-2 mm clearance
between the flanges of the wheels and the edge of the flange.
3. Please tighten the safe nut now against the side plate.
VI. Maintenance and inspection
1. Depending on use, all moving parts including the threaded bar, should be greased once
or twice yearly.
2. During this procedure, check if all components are free of distorsion, wear or corrosion
and ensure the clamp functions smoothly.
