Meliconi's HP Steto 2.4 GHz digital wireless stereo headphones system uses a wireless digital audio transmission
technology to listen to a quality stereo sound from a wide range of audio player devices up to a maximum distance of 20
metres without obstacles, for complete freedom of movement. The transmitter may be connected to your TV and other
audio sources such as DVD and Blu Ray players, CD players, HiFi systems, radios, PCs or notebooks. The HP Steto
receiver headphones also feature an internal microphone activated with the MIC button, to suspend the audio from the
source device and listen to voices and surrounding sounds.
This unit uses Li-ion rechargeable batteries included. Use only the batteries supplied.
- This unit only accepts analogue electrical stereo audio signals e.g. those from standard headphone outputs, in input.
Therefore to connect it to a device with a different kind of audio output (digital – HDMI) or (optical digital – TOSLINK),
an appropriate converter/adapter will be required.
- Do not use the device outdoors or in a humid environment nor expose it to water drops or sprays.
Do not install the device in an enclosed space and ensure there is adequate ventilation.
- The AC power supply unit must be easily accessible to enable the electric separation of the device from the power
supply.
- Disconnect the transmitter base from the electrical mains supply before performing the connections.
- Do not tamper with the device – danger of electric shock. Any repair must be performed only by qualifi ed personnel.
- In the event of a fault with the AC power supply, disconnect it from the electrical socket immediately.
- Do not expose the device to excessive heat, for example direct sunlight, fi re or similar heat sources.
- Never connect a short circuit across the battery terminals.
To avoid damage to hearing, do not use the headphones at loud volumes for long periods of time.
The symbol of bin with a cross over it on the appliance or the packaging indicates that the product
should be disposed of separately from other refuse at the end of its life cycle. The user must therefore
hand over the appliance at the end of its life cycle to an approved recycling centre for electrical and
electronic refuse, or return it to the seller each time a new or replacement appliance is purchased.
Correct disposal in separated refuse collection for subsequent recycling, treatment and environmentally
friendly disposal contributes to reducing any negative impacts on the environment and human health,
and encourages recycling of the materials used to manufacture the appliance. Illegal dumping of the
product by the user entails the application of the law sanctions.
WARNING: Do not disperse the batteries into the environment, dismantle them or throw them into fi re.
Improper use may cause damage to the environment and health.
The crossed out wheelie bin symbol indicates that the batteries must be disposed of according to the
laws and regulations in force.
Disposal of batteries:
The product is subject to the Battery Directives 2006/66/EC + 2013/56/EU and must not be discarded
with the household waste. Open the battery compartment and remove the two rechargeable batteries
which must be taken to a recycling centre or to your dealer.
Do not short circuit the batteries.
