9. Route the socket of the USB extension cable through
the cable penetrations (refer to Fig. 9, Pos. 2) and
set it down in the storage space.

The USB extension cable is located in the electronics
compartment on the back of the EPS 708.
10. Re-attach the mounting frame (refer to Fig. 8,
Pos. 1). Do not tighten the hexagon socket head
bolts (Pos. 2).
11. Slip the double sleeve (refer to Fig. 10, Pos. 2)
over the monitor connecting cable (Pos. 3) and the
power cord (Pos. 4).

The sleeve is included in the accessories set.
12. Slide the mounting frame (Pos. 1) upwards.
13. Slide the double sleeve into the penetration.
14. Slide the mounting frame down again. Securing is
described in Section 4.5.

15. If provided, switch on the mains switch on the
monitor.

Installing keypad and mouse

1. Take the keypad and mouse out of the packaging.
2. Set down the keypad and mouse on the EPS 708 shelf.
3. Route the keypad and mouse connecting cable
through the mounting frame (refer to Fig. 11, Pos. 1).
4. Slip the 4-way sleeve (Pos. 2) over the connecting
cables of the keypad (Pos. 3) and mouse (Pos. 4) as
well as over the USB extension cable (Pos. 5).
5. Seal the unused opening in the 4-way sleeve with a
dummy plug (Pos. 6).

The sleeve and dummy plugs are included in the
accessory set.
6. Slide the mounting frame upwards.
7. Slide the 4-way sleeve into the mounting frame.
8. Slide the mounting frame down again.
9. Secure the mounting frame by way of the two bolts.
