GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF APPLIANCE
The ceramic hob, referred to from now on as the ap-
pliance, is designed and produced for the indirect
cooking of foods in the professional catering sector.
Main Parts
A)Ceramic hob.
B)Front cooking plate: consists of 1 electric heating
element.
C)Rear cooking plate: consists of 2 electric heating el-
ements (internal and external).
D)Control panel: controls the appliance's operating
functions.
E)Plate light: comes on to indicate that the corre-
sponding plate is switched on.
