Warnings on the use of rechargeable batteries

If the liquid from the rechargeable battery comes in contact with your skin and
eyes, rinse the affected parts with water and consult your doctor.

When a rechargeable battery is worn out, wear protective gloves and dispose of
the device.

Protect rechargeable batteries from excessive heat.
•

Do not break up, open or crush rechargeable batteries.
•
Use only the chargers specified in the instructions for use.

Rechargeable batteries need to be charged correctly before use. Follow the ma-
nufacturer's instructions and the information provided in these instructions for
use to correctly charge the batteries.

Before first commissioning, fully charge the rechargeable battery )see chapter 3.1)

To achieve the longest possible life cycle, fully charge the rechargeable battery
at least twice a year.
3. START-UP
To start-up the activity sensor, press and hold the button for 10 seconds. If the activity
sensor does not turn on, the activity sensor's rechargeable battery is low. Charge the
rechargeable battery as described in chapter 3.1: "Charging the battery".
