11. WARRANTY
In the event of a breakdown, contact the Medel International S.r.l. Assistance centre.
Never open the device. The appliance has no part inside it that can be repaired by
unqualified personnel and does not require internal maintenance and/or lubrication.

Warranty conditions

The appliance is guaranteed for 3 years from the date of purchase against any original
defect in materials or construction. The guarantee consists in the replacement of the
defective parts at origin. The warranty does not cover the accessories supplied and the
parts subject to normal wear and tear. The shipping costs of the appliance are charged
to the user. Repairs outside the warranty conditions are charged to the user.
The warranty is void if the appliance has been tampered with, if the defect derives
from improper use or if the damage is not attributable to the manufacturer )accidental
fall, inaccurate transport, etc.). The guarantee does not entail any compensation for
direct or indirect damages of any nature to persons or property during the period of
malfunction of the product. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase of the
product certified by the till receipt or the purchase invoice. In the event that the device
does not resume proper operation, contact the MEDEL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
