Description of the vacuum packaging machine

Vacuum packaging machines are machines designed for professional use for all food products needing to be conserved
for the longest period of time possible inside refrigerator cells or similar structures.
With the help of a pump the machines suction the air inside the sachet, which once they are sealed guarantee the
slowing down of the decomposition process of the food thereby lengthening the period of conservation.
The vacuum packaging machines are divided into two different kinds:
- The vacuum packaging machine with sealing bar offers 4 different models:
MSD300P (sachets sealing bar with a maximum aperture of 300mm. - automatic or manual operation)
MSD300 (sachets sealing bar with a maximum aperture of 300mm. - automatic or manual operation)
MSD400 (sachets sealing bar with a maximum aperture of 400mm. - automatic or manual operation)
MSD500 (sachets sealing bar with a maximum aperture of 500mm. - automatic or manual operation)
In models MSD300-400-500 the structure of the machines is made out of stainless steel AISI304, which is very easy to
clean and maintain, while only model MSD300P has a structure made out of plastic material.
The ergonomic design facilitates the operator's use of the machine.

MCD776C (2 sachet sealing bars with a maximum aperture of 700mm. - 6 operation programmes – on wheels)
All models have a structure made out of stainless steel AISI304, which is very easy to clean and maintain.

All models come furnished with a machine for aggregate gas delivery, to conserve food in a controlled atmosphere.
