Before inserting the non-stick removable bowl make sure its exterior is dry and free of any dirt.
KEYPAD:
ON/OFF:
Use this button to turn the unit on and off.
START/STOP:
Press this button to start and cancel any of the available functions.
MENU:
Select your desired function (SOUS VIDE - BAKE - RICE - ROAST -
YOGURT - PORRIDGE - SLOW COOK - KEEP WARM - SAUTE - STEW -
STEAM).
TIMER/TEMP:
Set the desired time and cooking temperature.
"+" BUTTON:
To increase the time and cooking temperature.
"-" BUTTON:
To reduce the time and cooking temperature.
NOTE: Press "TIMER/TEMP" for 5 seconds when adjusting the time and temperature to scroll
between the "ºC" and "ºF" units of measurements.
SOUS VIDE
1.- Fill the bowl with water and insert the "Sous vide" support (9) supplied with the packaging.
2.- Close the lid (2) and turn the unit on by pressing the "ON/OFF" button.
3.- Press the "MENU" button and select the "SOUS VIDE" function on the LCD screen.
4.- The default cooking time and temperature are 56 °C and 8h. Use the "TIMER/TEMP" button
and the "+" and "-" buttons to set the time and temperature to your liking
NOTE: The temperature may be adjusted between 45-95 °C, in increments of 1 °C. The time
can be adjusted between 30 minutes and 72 hours in 30 minute increments.
5.- Press the "START/STOP" button to preheat the water.
6.- When the water reaches the set temperature, an audible alarm will sound 3 times and the
display will blink.
7.- For sous vide cooking, you should keep the food in vacuum bags prepared in advance.
8.- Insert the bags of food between the support rods and and make sure they are completely
covered by the water.
NOTE: The plastic bags may inflate during sous vide cooking, giving the impression of a loss
of vacuum; this is normal
9.- Press the "START/STOP" button for a second time to activate the function and start the
countdown.
10.- If you wish to cancel the function, press "START/STOP".
