Notes: 1) The machines are set by default missing the electrical connection of both the (on/off) switch and the electric
motor, being at the discretion of the customer to make the connection at the desired voltage, as available in
that region. The wiring diagram of the motor is available on the motor itself so that the customer can make the
connection.
2) The productions mentioned above are reference values obtained under test conditions, and these values may
vary according to the moisture content of the product, specific weight, product quality and working conditions.
Notes: 1) TRAPP does not take responsibility or offers warranty coverage in the case the motor blows due to incorrect
electric connection.
2) To define the pulley to be used on the motor, make the following calculation: thresher rotor shaft pulley
diameter (according table above), multiplied by thresher rotor shaft rotation (according table above) and
divided by the rotation specified on the motor plateto be used.
Formula:
Example: 2-pole motor (3,545 rpm)
Notes: Rounding the diameter of the pulley, should be used a pulley with diameter 65 mm or 70 mm.
