Throghout the use of the corn thresher situations and/or problems may occur, for which we present some
suggestions:

Equipment
1. Moist product.

the motor can not maintain

material accumulates inside
the equipment. Use under this
condition may cause motor to
overload.
3. Non-standard ear size.
Low production

3. Motor rotation lower than
specified.
4. Measure non-standard pulleys.
Trouble starting
1. Excessive intake of product in
motor
equipment.
2. Electrical shortage.
3. Fuel problem.
Useful Suggestions
Solution
1. Use only dry corn.
2. Turn off equipment and wait for motor to come
to a full stop. Remove excess material, turn on
the equipment, wait for motor to reach maximum
rotation and restart work. Control feeding
according to motor's capacity.
3. Contact a Technical Assistant to check the
problem.

however that overfeeding causes the equipment
to jam.
3. Verify if purchased motor to be installed on
equipment (equipment sold without motor)
is compatible with the specifications in the
equipment sticker.
4. Check
recommended rotor speed of the machine as per
Technical Specifications table on page 36 and 37.
1. Once work is finished, always leave equipment
working for a few extra minutes to allow total
output of material.
2. Check conditions of electrical power source
(electrician).
3. Check the amount of fuel in the tank and the
quality of the fuel, if necessary change the fuel or
add more fuel in the tank.
