POSSIBLE CAUSE
• Controller ID and or Programmer Code
do not match the EZ Pro controller
• Two EZ Pro controllers in range with
the same Controller ID
• EZ Pro does not have a model 8602
Radio module installed
• No AC power to the EZ Pro controller
• Out of range or signal blocked
by obstruction
• Weak batteries
• Dead batteries
• Weak batteries in the EZ Command
• Weak batteries in the EZ Pro
SOLUTION
• Check that the Controller ID and
Programmer Code match exactly
• Change the Controller ID on one of
the EZ Pro controllers.
• Install a model 8602 Radio Module
• Connect AC power to the EZ Pro
Controller
• Move closer to the EZ Pro controller
• Install new alkaline C batteries
• Install new alkaline C batteries
• Install two new alkaline C batteries
in the EZ Command
• Install two new alkaline AA batteries
in the EZ Pro
