7.While aligning the inner shaft
with the mating part and
unlocking the lock lever, insert
the flexible shaft assembly into
the engine side clutch case.
Insert the flexible shaft
assembly until the lock lever
clicks.
• After lubricating and/or
inspecting the flexible shaft,
start the engine (see page 34)
and check that the cutting blade
or nylon-line cutting head turns
with no problem.
If there is any abnormality,
consult with your authorized
Honda dealer.
Lubrication:
1.Set the flexible shaft assembly
straight, unlock the clutch case
lock lever and remove the
flexible shaft assembly from the
engine side.
2.Remove the inner shaft from
the flexible shaft assembly.
