Recipes
Almost every type of nut can be processed
to make great-tasting nut butter. Some kinds
of nuts do not inherently contain enough oil,
though, requiring you to add oil. The amount
of oil you need depends on the type of nut.
For best results, use a good, organically grown,
cold-pressed salad oil with little natural taste.
Walnuts, for example, require very little oil.
You add the oil into the Champion while
homogenising the nuts.
Another possibility is steep the nuts over night
and homogenise them subsequently.
Although the Champion has a strong motor,
you can only produce small amounts of most
kinds of nut butters. If the body gets very
warm, interrupt the process. To produce nut
butter, assemble the Champion using the
nylon plate like for homogenising. If you add
the nuts slowly, you will get a creamy nut
spread, adding quickly results in a coarse gra-
nular cream.

G) Baby and Senior Food

You can use the edible parts (exclusively) of
all types of fresh fruit. For very young babies,
remove the peel. Homogenise the fruits, and
serve as porridge. Cooked fruit can also be
homogenised.

Peanut Butter
You can either use fresh, roasted, or canned
peanuts. Salted peanuts make the best peanut
butter. You do not need to add any oil. Store
in refrigerator.
Almond or Cashew Butter
Use raw or roasted nuts. You can flavour it with
salt, honey, or raisins.
Gently cooked vegetables can also be homo-
genised to make baby or senior food without
having to add salt. Instead of industry-pro-
duced baby food in jars, take homogenised
food on trips for your baby.
