1 Application
The 434P11 and 434P10 B.T.S. Pads are to be used solely for correct
seating and positioning of the patient in a wheelchair or seating shell.
2 Description and function
B.T.S. Pads provide light anterior and lateral torso support for patients
with for example low muscle tone or scoliosis.
3 Assembly
The foam pads are slid over the B.T.S. metal inserts (434F5 – 434F10). The
ends of the pads are slotted for easy attachment of a strap (434S4/434S6)
to provide additional support for the patient.
4 Instructions for use
Attention!
Be careful with open flames as well as with the use of f.e. cigars or
cigarettes.
Falling embers can make supports, rests, plates, shells, pads, covers
or cushions begin to smoulder and thus cause fire.
The pads are made of polyurethane and can be cleaned using mild soap
and warm water.
